EADS QUALITY TOP SHOP, LLC, doing business as Eads Quality Top Shop (“Eads Quality”), offers optional text messaging to help customers coordinate cabinet and countertop projects.

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive project-related text messages from Eads Quality. Messages may include responses to inquiries, estimate notifications, selection approvals, signed estimate and deposit reminders, appointment confirmations, order and delivery updates, templating and installation scheduling, and project follow-up.

Consent
You must explicitly consent before receiving messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your project and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from this program unless you opt in again.
