Eads Quality began as a humble dream in the recession of 1980, born from the vision and craftsmanship of Edward “Pop” Eads. A skilled craftsman with an unwavering commitment to precision and excellence, Pop transformed his home garage into the original Quality Millworks. Specializing in pre-hung doors, he quickly earned a reputation for superior workmanship and dependability, laying the foundation for a family business rooted in quality, integrity, and faith.

Pop’s passion wasn’t just for building things—it was for creating something that would last. His designs were functional, beautiful, and built to stand the test of time. That same passion became the cornerstone of Eads Quality and continues to guide our work today.

As the business grew, Pop’s sons, Ron and Chris, joined him, each bringing their own strengths and dedication to the craft. Together, they expanded the operation to include cabinet doors and, eventually, whole custom cabinetry. With innovation and attention to detail, they solidified the family’s reputation for excellence in woodworking.

The next chapter unfolded when Chris’s son, Edward II, envisioned new possibilities for the family legacy. He founded The Top Shop, introducing expertly crafted countertops that complemented Eads custom cabinetry.  His modern approach brought a sleek, seamless solution to kitchen and home remodeling, further advancing the Eads Quality mission.

Meanwhile, Ron’s son, Jeremy, carries the torch of craftsmanship through his breathtaking cabinet designs. His artistic eye and commitment to detail uphold the family standard—blending timeless tradition with contemporary style.

From its modest beginnings in a one-car garage to becoming a trusted name in cabinetry and countertops across Mohave County, Eads Quality stands as a testament to generations of hard work, shared vision, and unwavering faith.
